Welcome to "unrush"

Before using the "unrush" application (hereinafter referred to as "this App" or "this Service") developed and operated by Beijing Qiyin Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Qiyin Tech"), please carefully read and fully understand this "Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").

This App is a physical and mental health tool designed to help you relax, improve focus, and improve sleep quality through sound, meditation exercises, etc. By downloading, registering, logging in, or using this App in any way, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement has legal effect on both you and Qiyin Tech.

If you are a minor, please be sure to read this Agreement accompanied by your legal guardian and ensure that they agree to your use of this Service.

1. Account and Usage

1. Account Registration and Security: You can browse and experience some basic content and functions of this App without registering. To obtain a more complete and personalized service experience (e.g., saving your progress, bookmarking content, etc.), we suggest you register an account. If you choose to register, you promise to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date registration information and bear responsibility for the confidentiality of your account information (such as password) and all activities occurring under your account. If any unauthorized use of your account is discovered, please notify us immediately.

2. Usage Rules: You promise to use this Service legally and compliantly and be responsible for any content you publish or disseminate on this App. You may not use this Service to engage in the following activities:

  • Publish any information that violates national laws and regulations, endangers national security, undermines social stability, violates public order and good morals, or contains obscenity, pornography, violence, terror, etc.;
  • Infringe upon the lawful rights of others, such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;
  • Conduct any form of advertising, marketing, or commercial solicitation;
  • Use technical means to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of this Service, or steal other user data;
  • Engage in any other activities prohibited by laws and regulations.

3. Violation Handling: We have the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, restricting functions, suspending services, etc., against users who violate this Agreement. For registered users, we may also close their accounts.

2. Service Content and Payment

1. Service Form: We provide you with both free and paid services. Free users can use some functions of this App. We also provide paid membership services based on subscriptions or other forms, allowing you to enjoy richer and more advanced functions and content.

2. Paid Services: The specific prices, content, and usage rules of all paid services will be clearly marked on the relevant service pages. You can only use the corresponding paid services after confirming your agreement and completing the payment. Subscription services may automatically renew, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in the account settings of the relevant platform.

3. Service Changes: We are committed to continuously improving our services. Therefore, we reserve the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services at any time, and will notify you through in-app announcements or other forms. Adjustments to service content may affect the services you have purchased, and we will do our best to protect your legitimate rights and interests.

3. Intellectual Property

1. Our Intellectual Property: The App itself, including all its code, design, interface, trademarks, commercial logos, and all content provided by us (such as audio, text, images, and other materials), are owned by Qiyin Tech or relevant rights holders. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, disseminate, or use them for any commercial purpose in any form.

2. License You Grant: The intellectual property rights of the content you create or upload during the use of this Service ("User Content") belong to you. However, for the operation and promotion of this App, you hereby grant us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content. This authorization remains valid after you stop using this Service. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

4. Privacy Protection

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information. We will collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with legal regulations and the "unrush Privacy Policy". This Agreement is an integral part of the "unrush Privacy Policy", and we strongly suggest you read the policy in full to understand how we process your information.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

1. Provided "As Is": This Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will fully meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or flawless.

2. Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused to you by the following reasons:

  • Service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, government actions, hacker attacks, network failures, etc.);
  • Losses caused by your own improper operation or failure to properly keep account information;
  • Risks that may be caused by any third-party websites or services accessed through this Service;
  • Any consequences caused by your violation of this Agreement.

3. Health Disclaimer: The content provided by the "unrush" application is only for personal relaxation and assisting in improving state, and cannot replace professional medical, psychological counseling, or treatment. If you have relevant health problems, please be sure to consult a professional doctor or psychological counselor.

6. Modification and Termination of Agreement

1. Agreement Modification: We have the right to modify this Agreement at any time according to business development or changes in laws and regulations. The modified Agreement will be published in this App and will take effect from the date of publication. If you continue to use this Service after the Agreement is changed, it is deemed that you have accepted the modified Agreement.

2. Service Termination: You can stop using this Service at any time. For registered users, you can also cancel your account at any time. If we find that you have seriously violated this Agreement, we have the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to you at any time without bearing any responsibility.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, execution, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court with jurisdiction where Beijing Qiyin Technology Co., Ltd. is located for litigation.

8. Others

1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement and the "unrush Privacy Policy" and other relevant rules constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding this Service.

2. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is ruled invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity of that provision does not affect the validity of other provisions.
